Should you refer a client who proceeds to purchase a property through Masnar then the referrer (person who referred the client) and the referee (person who was referred) will both receive a $1000 Westpac Gift Card. The Gift Card will be paid within 60 days of exchange of contract.

Should the purchaser qualify for the Masnar New Home Grant, then the referrer will receive the $1000 Gift Card but the referee will instead receive the New Home Grant and not the $1000 Gift Card.*
